Our HSC series

The HSC series of ultrasonic generators from EUROSONIC sets new standards with its high efficiency and its operational safety. Its cutting-edge functional concept involving a computer-based high-speed control system optimally adjusts performance to suit every load. This generator can be controlled via computer interfaces such as PROFIBUS, Ethernet or RS232. For special applications, the digital signal processing of the multiprocessor-controlled ultrasonic generators in particular offers a wide range of new functions.

Versions

Digital module Generator

The generators are equipped with an OLED display, which gives the operator the ability to adjust the settings directly on the device or via the computer interfaces. All operating parameters can be saved as presets. The display also indicates operational values and any error messages.

FAQ

EUROSONIC offers the following system frequencies as standard: 20 kHz, 30 kHz, 35 kHz & 40 kHz. "Standard" means that the generators in these frequencies are part of our product range.

Frequencies other than those mentioned above can be requested from our team of experts.

Our generators can be supplied as a standalone version, as a switchgear cabinet version or even without a casing. Generators without a casing fit in e.g. a 19″ slide-in system or module rack. The casing size depends on the power of the ultrasonic generator. Ultrasonic generators with a power output of over 2 kW have a 28/31TE casing. Ultrasonic generators with a power output of less than 2 kW have a 14/15TE casing.

Externally controlled welding: In this mode, the ultrasound is switched on via an external control signal. The display shows the current power value and the frequency. The last power value is the maximum value after welding. You can use this operating mode to obtain the correct energy value for your application, since you can switch to the energy value after successful welding.

Energy welding: When the set energy value or the set maximum time is reached, the generator stops automatically. If you switch off the start signal during welding and the energy value has not yet reached the set value, an error occurs. The display shows the current energy value and the frequency.

Internal time welding: When the set maximum time value is reached, the generator stops automatically. Throughout this time, the start signal must be switched on. If the start signal is switched off during welding and the predefined time value has not yet been reached, an error occurs. The display shows the current power value and the frequency.

EUROSONIC generators are manufactured in a broad power range. Power outputs from 400 W to 10 kW are possible, with the upper and lower limits depending on the ultrasonic operating frequencies (as a guide: The lower the frequency, the higher the max. power output can be).

Standard power outputs are: 400W, 600W, 800W, 1,000W, 1,200W, 1,500W, 2,000W, 3,000W, 5,000W and 10,000W

Certified according to UL as well as DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and Directive 2014/34/EU on equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX).
